Recommender Systems Used on the Platform

In accordance with Article 27 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), we provide the following explanation regarding the recommender systems used on our platform.

1. No Personalization Based on Individual User Activity or Profiling

We do not use algorithms that personalize rankings or recommendations based on an individual user's behavior, past interactions, browsing history, or inferred preferences. We do not profile users for recommender purposes. Any rankings described below are platform-wide and displayed in the same order for all users (subject only to the user's selected sorting or filtering options). We do not use sensitive categories of personal data to rank or recommend models or content.

2. Sorting and Filtering Chosen by Users

Users can sort and filter listings using on-site controls, including (as available): Top Rated Models, New Models, and Trending, as well as filters such as viewing All Online Models or narrowing Online Models to Phone Sex or Video Calls.

These controls reflect user-selected viewing options rather than predictions about a user's preferences. We may retain selected sort/filter settings for user convenience (for example, during a session or on a device), but these settings are not used to generate individualized recommendations.

The specific signals used for each sort option may change over time as the platform evolves, but ThirstChat does not personalize these rankings based on individual user behavior.

3. Explore Features (Explore Media / Collaborating Models)

The Explore features (including Explore Media and Collaborating Models) present content or model listings using non-personalized, platform-wide criteria. The order shown does not depend on the viewer's activity or account history and may reflect objective signals such as recency, engagement, availability, collaborations, or other objective listing attributes shown on the platform.

4. Online Models / Online Now

The Online Models view (including any “Online Now” designation) is based on current or recent availability/activity signals and is shown platform-wide (not personalized). Users may refine this view to show Phone Sex, Video Calls, or All Online Models using the on-site controls.

5. Trending

The Trending sort ranks models using platform-wide engagement signals over a recent rolling period (for example, credits spent, interaction volume, or other engagement measures). This ranking is not individualized and does not vary by user.

6. Top Rated Models

The Top Rated Models sort ranks models using platform-wide quality signals. Depending on what is available on the platform, this may include user ratings/reviews and other objective quality indicators shown on the platform. This ranking is not individualized and does not vary by user.

7. New Models

The New Models sort generally ranks models by recency (for example, newly created or newly approved model profiles) and is shown platform-wide (not personalized).
