This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website ThirstChat.com (our "Platform") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Platform. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including:
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, password, and date of birth.
- Identity Verification (Creators): To comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and Nevada age verification standards, Creators must provide government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) and a live biometric selfie. This data is collected to verify age and identity and is strictly access-controlled.
- Transaction Data: If you purchase ThirstChat Credits, we collect payment details (via our third-party payment processors) and transaction history.
- User Content: Messages, photos, videos, and live stream data you transmit to others. Please be aware that while we protect this data in transit, no method of transmission is completely secure.
- Sensitive Data (Nevada SB 370): We may collect data regarding your sexual orientation or gender identity if you voluntarily provide it for your profile or search preferences. See Section 10 for specific rights regarding Consumer Health Data.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Details: Traffic data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time of access, and feature usage.
- Device Information: IP address, operating system, browser type, and mobile network information.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as age-gate confirmation), and analyze Platform traffic.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:
- To present our Platform and its contents to you.
- To process transactions and manage ThirstChat Credits.
- To Verify Age and Identity: Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws regarding adult content.
- To Prevent Fraud and Abuse: Scanning for illegal content (CSAM), spam, and unauthorized commercial activity.
- To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices.
- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To Service Providers: We use contractors to support our business (e.g., Veriff/Yoti for ID verification, CCBill/Segpay for payments, AWS for hosting). These third parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request (e.g., a 2257 inspection request from the U.S. Attorney General).
- Enforcement: To enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- Safety: If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fancy Tech LLC, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
5. Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A)
5.1 Notice to Nevada Residents.
Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 603A, we are required to disclose that we collect "Covered Information" (including name, physical address, email address, telephone number, and other identifiers).
5.2 Right to Opt-Out of Sale (NRS 603A.345).
Nevada law gives consumers the right to direct operators of Internet websites not to sell their Covered Information. "Sale" under Nevada law means the exchange of Covered Information for monetary consideration by the operator to a person for the person to license or sell the Covered Information to additional persons. We do not sell your Covered Information for monetary consideration. However, you may still submit a verified request to opt-out of any potential future sales.
- Designated Request Address: To submit a request, email privacy@thirstchat.com with the subject line "Nevada Do Not Sell Request".
- Verification: We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing the request.
- Response Time: We will respond to your request within sixty (60) days.
6. Consumer Health Data (Nevada SB 370)
Effective March 31, 2024, Nevada law provides specific protections for "Consumer Health Data," which includes information relating to sexual orientation and gender-affirming care.
- Collection: We collect this data only with your affirmative consent (e.g., when you select tags for your profile).
- Use: We use this data solely to provide the social discovery features of the Platform (e.g., matching you with compatible users).
- Sharing: We do not sell or share Consumer Health Data with third parties for advertising purposes.
- Rights: You have the right to confirm if we are collecting this data, access it, and request its deletion. You may exercise these rights by contacting privacy@thirstchat.com.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA & Shine the Light)
If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
- Right to Know: You have the right to request access to the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., data we must keep for legal compliance under 18 U.S.C. § 2257).
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
- Shine the Light (Civil Code § 1798.83): California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to privacy@thirstchat.com.
8. Data Security and Retention
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
- Encryption: All payment data and government ID images are encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We retain "2257 Records" (Creator IDs) for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by federal law, even if you close your account.
9. Children Under the Age of 18
Our Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Platform. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at legal@thirstchat.com.
10. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Platform home page or via email. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
